Brief Answer:
Proton pump inhibitors like rabeperazole for 1 month.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Healthcaremagic forum.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely gastritis associated with spicy masala intake and antibiotic. In such case you should avoid spicy foods. Antibiotics like Amoxycillin or cephalosporin also can cause acute gastritis and vomiting.

In such case I advise proton pump inhibitors like rabeperazole for 1 month. As you are already taking Rabium DSR discuss with your doctor to take for a month and observe for improvements. Even after this if you are getting this problem again then a consultation with gastroenterologist and fibrogastroduodenoscopy will be needed to be done. By that we can diagnose the type of gastritis and treat efficiently and rule out any presence of ulcers or inflammatory process. Also avoid spicy food and consume plenty of water.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Associated with gastroesophageal reflux most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Burping after food intake or water is most likely due to gastroesophageal reflux associated with gastritis. In such case motility agents like domperidone along with proton pump inhibitors will help you. Rabium DSF also contain domperidone along with rabiperazole in sustained release. So you can continue that.

You don't need to avoid non vegetarian food entirely. But it is better to limit it. Also avoid spicy food. You should also avoid fried and fatty foods and pickles. Avoid taking carbonated drinks and excess of coffee or tea. You should also have food atleast 2 hours before bed time. Elevating your head little more also will be helpful in motility of esophagus and stomach while lying down.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks.
