Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Before answering your question I need to have some more information. Have you had an abdominal ultrasound done? If so, what was the result? Have you had liver tests done? Was there any improvement after Omeprasole treatment? Do you have any stool problem like loose stool, mucus in stool, blood in stool, constipation? Have you lost weight recently? Does the felling appear after foods intake?
I`m looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards.

Have had liver tests done. Everything OK. No stool problem. Omeprazole helped a little. Feeling disappears after food intake. Come back in about an hour. Am on diet of unseasoned meat, veggies, fruit, whole grain bread. No abdominal ultra performed.
Brief Answer:
Ultrasound should be done.
Detailed Answer:
So you should start with abdominal ultrasound Sometimes gallstones can give such symptoms.
It is also possible that such feeling appears due to an ulcer in duodenum (pain/discomfort disappears after food intake). So gastroscopy should be repeated if an ultrasound will be negative.
In a meanwhile please try to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, alcohol, orange juices, chocolate.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
