As a therapist, we try to assess patient's thoughts. Nights terror usually happens due to some psychological issue at unconscious level. May be these days, due to some issues at home, you are in
stress and due to this, you have such dreams.
It would not involve any child service.
Psychiatrist would just assess your mental status and if you want, then can prescribe you some sleeping pills.
In case, you do not want to take any medication, you can do relaxation exercise in form deep breathing,
yoga.
meditation etc. You can try some life style modification steps like morning or evening walk, follow balance diet, maintain proper sleep, avoid excessive stimulants etc. Try to keep yourself calm and gradually such dream would over.
