Brief Answer:
Can be due to low blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query
Dizziness after a hospitalization can be due to low blood pressure, side effects of medicines or electrolyte disturbances.
To guide you better, I need your blood pressure values for today, names of medicines you have taken during and after hospitalization and electrolyte levels in a blood test. Also let me know the reason of hospitalization and treatment done.
Meanwhile take salt in lime water (shikanjwi).

Brief Answer:
Need your blood pressure levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
From your reports and description it does not seem to be viral.
Levofloxacin can also cause similar symptoms. Are you done with the course yet?
Electrolyte levels are not there in the reports as well. Some values are just outside normal but need not be worried about.
