Brief Answer:
Seems unrelated

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Feeling cold and light headed can be due to hypotension caused by bleeding, post procedure stress or perforation of the uterus.
However, these present usually immediately or within 6 hours of the procedure.
The most likely cause in your case is decreased fluid intake.
If the symptoms persists, then you should consult your treating doctor for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
