Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Dizziness after any surgery can be due to a variety of causes. The most common cause could be due to anaemia which could result from the blood loss during surgery. Also, fluid or salt imbalances are not uncommon during the post-operative period. Another possible cause could be the dietary modifications after surgery. Some people may tend to over-restrict their intake, thus being prone for hypoglycemia or may take too much of fruit juices or sugary foods, leading to hyperglycemia.

Other than these, there could also be other medical causes (unrelated to the surgery) like hypertension, vascular problems, etc. which could be causing the dizziness.

I would suggest that you try the following measures:
- Keep yourself adequately hydrated (you can try taking Electral or any other oral rehydration solution)
- Eat a healthy balanced diet and avoid too much of fatty or sugary foods
- Keep yourself active and refrain from prolonged periods of lying down
- If possible, get your blood pressure checked

If your problem keeps persisting, then its better to see your doctor and have a thorough physical examination, and if necessary, a few lab investigations (like hemoglobin, etc.)
