Dizziness after rising from lying down position is likely to be due to postural hypotension. Due to inadequate intake of fluids and lack of sleep , there could fall in blood pressure.

To rule out Diabetes as cause of symptoms

Pale coloured stools is usually due to less or absent bile secretion in stool or related to food you are consuming. I would suggest you to stop mycelium and spore powder. Too much consumption of fiber may also cause discoloration of stools.
If the pale stools persist beyond a week time even after regularizing the diet, I would suggest you to get Ultrasound Abdomen to rule out gall bladder or common bile duct abnormality.
Regarding rapid weight loss in two without any physical activity, it is likely to be due to rapid fluid shift in body. Even 2 days of starvation won't cause this amount of weight loss provided fluid intake is ensured.
Excessive loss of fluids from body , that is through Urine (polyuria) could explain it. I would also suggest you to get Fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar examination done to rule out Diabetes. It's very much important to rule out Diabetes as the cause of your symptoms.
