Question: Hi,

If I spend some considerable amount of time outside these days I get a weird feeling in my head. It feels like I walk unsteady and stumble. And the next morning I wake up with a heavy head. What can this be? I have been to ENT and done a CT Scan and everything to be normal.

Brief Answer:
It may be weakness.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
Thanks for posting your query here.
I have gone through your question and understood your worries. I will try my best to alleviate your concerns.
I would like to know how long have you been suffering from this problem.
Since most of the tests have come normal, I would like to know if you have got done hemoglobin, thyroid and vitamin D levels. If they are abnormal they need supplementation. If they are normal the possibilities are dehydration and weakness.
To avoid this please follow these simple procedures.
Drink plenty of liquids especially when you go out.
Avoid dehydrating drinks like coffee and tea.
Take take fresh fruit juice.
Take daily vitamin supplements for 2-3 weeks.

These measures should relieve the problem.
Hope I have answered to your satisfaction. I am available for your follow up queries.
