What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Pressure In The Forehead?

Question: Overall healthy person. January 2016 allergies flared up but unfamiliar symptom of nausea. Had not gone to a doctor in years, basically knew how to treat allergy symptoms but people at work sick and wanted to be sure hadn’t contracted anything. Went to Medical Clinic, was prescribed a steroid and antibiotic (6 day period; hadn’t taken antibiotics in years) I had adverse reaction, extreme dryness in esophagus and bone pain, things never before experienced. Nurse friend advised eat only fruits and vegetables for 7 days to cleanse System. Done. Symptoms subsided over the weeks, but body never the same.
From that period forward new food allergies emerged and became extreme.
October 2016, appearance of eyes changed, from then until now yellowish and always with red lines. Ophthalmologist advised could not find association to a chronic health problem.
As of November 2016 large pieces of internal tissue secreted in urine and feces; my strong belief—esophageal lining and digestive tract lining. Multiple visits to General Internist, Gynecologist, Gastroenterologist, Endocrynologist and ENT, all urine, fecal and blood tests negative.
November 2017, to help self, no doctor recommended, I began primarily eating clean foods (include avoid vinegar (will use apple cider vinegar on ocasión), citric acid and alcohol (no prior regular consumption, maybe 1 to 3 times a year).
However, Sept 2017 I had a small cup of pinacolada with alcohol, then late Oct 2017 noticed nails losing color; concerned I may not be retaining enough nutrients from food, therefore, three weeks ago I began taking a food-based prebiotic-probiotic (Megafoods - Megaflora) twice a day; first three days one capsle (25 billion, half of suggested for one serving) with breakfast and lunch. Forth day took suggested serving of 50 billion with breakfast and lunch. In the morning I felt a whirling sensation in the frontal lobe of head for about 5 seconds and mild pressure in forehead. On Nov. 4th, the following morning I took serving of 50 billion with breakfast, afterward noticed raised large tastebuds on rear of tongue. Slight pressure in forehead continued. Stopped taking probiotic. I called ENT doctor, he advised answering service to tell me to make appointment for following week. Short period afterward I was standing outdoors, a little afternoon time I was enjoying warm weather with friends and began to feel lightheaded. I went to the car drank some water, felt a little better, but minutes afterward the faint sensation came on stronger. I went to car drank more water, laid down for 5 minutes then felt much better. However, decided best to go to Rite-Aid Minute Clinic. Nurse Practitioner checked tongue said looks like allergic reaction and I should be fine, advised that I gargle with salt water.
From that day until now I have had moments of feeling lightheaded/slightly dizzy and tastebuds remain enlarged throughout day to lesser/greater degree. I drink lots of water and avoid highly acid foods. I continue to gargle with salt water but tongue symptoms remain. Mon., Nov. 20th, while at work, walking toward desk, felt very strong sensation of dizziness, then there was a drip from the nose and and two drips felt in the throat; I became increasingly concerned and also thought I could lose balance/consciousness. I went to ER, doctors ran basic blood tests, results negative. ER doctors advised I go to primary or other specialist to get addition testing.
ENT doctor looked at sympton on tongue, said “that’s normal”. I asked if he could test for vitamin levels, he agreed; however, he left room and returned...with two referrals to a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist! I was aghast to say the least. Results not back yet.
I notice that when I eat the faint/dizziness symptoms subside/go away.
For now, I remain highly concerned and in a conundrum as to what has gone awry and wonder whether there may be blockage somewhere. How can I bring endocrine back to normal balance?

Brief Answer:
About your symptoms;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your detailed concern!
You didn't mention if you have had the chance to get a clinical examination at the moment you had the symptoms.
I would suggest to check the blood pressure and blood sugar at the moment you have dizziness or feel light headed. The fact that the symptoms improve after eating, suggests for a low glucose level, but it should be confirmed by checking it.
If the blood glucose is under 70 mg/ dl, furthermore investigations should be done.
I do not think dizziness should be evaluated by a psychologist or psychiatrist. There are many other pathologies to be exluded before.
If blood pressure and glucose is normal, a CT scan of the head would be recommended.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
