What Causes Dizziness Along With Pain In Neck And Shoulder?
Question: When I got up this morning I felt dizzy and unsteady on my feet and the dizziness is not going away.
I'm starting to get concerned. What could be the problem.
PS I have been having pain in my neck and shoulder for the last couple of days. Could there be a connection XXXXXXX

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.
You may be having cervical spondylitis. This can cause both neck and shoulder pain as well as dizziness and unsteadiness of feet.
It can be confirmed by x ray cervical spine. MRI of cervical spine can be get done to study it in details.
You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Rest to neck is advisable. It is advised to use very thin pillow or no pillow at all during resting periods or sleep. Glucosamine is helpful in slowing degenerative changes and to some extent repair them.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
