What Causes Dizziness Along With Shortness Of Breath And Tightness In Chest?

Question: Hello Doctor:
Had two "strange" events recently that frightened me.
1. After Christmas dinner at relatives...I got up to leave for home. Suddenly I felt dizzy and moving/walking felt like it took a big effort. I felt breathless...tightness in chest... as I walked through the hallway toward the elevator. At lobby area I still felt breathless, dizzy and again...walking felt difficult. I sat down tried to relax...my heart rate sped up. Eventually...heart rate dropped and went to car with my son.
2. Two days ago...the same thing happened. I felt tired...slept a bit on couch. Got up to go work and felt like walking was a big effort. Went outside and eventually "struggled" and came back to house(felt like I would not be able to make it to the hoyuse). Again...the scariest part was the "inability to be able walk" during these events. The usual heart rate increase and chest tightness was present. I sat on couch. Called ambulance and taken to emergency. All test came back normal.
Is this anxrety? panic? or something else could be going on?

Brief Answer:
Seems like anxiety
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Your complains more look like anxiety. It can be caused also if you are overtired, drink much alcohol, caffeine, sit against the computer all day long, don't have enough sleep.
I would advise you to regulate your daily regimen, and if you still have complains see your doctor to be checked for anxiety.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
