What Causes Dizziness Along With Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

You can see from my history that I have had quite a few issues lately, the most worrisome being the dizziness that I get randomly. A few years ago, I also had some spells of dizziness that came with tingling in my legs (which I have been feeling on and off through the most recent issues I have been having). My doctor is sending me to get a brain and cervical MRI. I have read a lot about MS and am wondering why he will not send me for a spinal MRI. I asked him if he would during the visit and he was very hesitant. I want to know what causes all the weird seemingly unrelated symptoms and I am tired of going to the doctor every few days. :(

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness is very non specific symptom especially for multiple sclerosis.
Dizziness may be migraine related or ear related too.
As your doctor has advised brain imaging and cervical spine Mri, it will cover most lesion site involved in multiple sclerosis.
If at present any symptoms are present in lower limbs or urinary complains, then whole spine Mri may be required.
Get Mri done and review with image.
Is there any hearing loss, visual loss, ataxia, speech changes or family history of multiple sclerosis?
Hope you found the answer helpful.
