Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to postural hypotension which is a common findings in women your age. If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- tilt test

Meanwhile I would suggest to drink plenty of water and to avoid standing up to fast when you have stayed down for a long period.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
