Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms. XXXX,
Thanks for your query.
It is very difficult to offer my opinion as you have neither mentioned the duration of your problem, nor the associated symptoms.
Presuming that it started just a couple of days back, it is most likely a condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), a benign condition of the internal ear which is responsible for maintaining posture and balance.
A 5-7 days' course of a combination of Betahistine + prochlorperazine will cure the condition.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and prescribe the advised medicines in appropriate doses.
Hope I have addressed to your concerns to your complete satisfaction and you find my response helpful and informative. I will be happy to answer further queries, if any.
Fond regards and have a nice day,
Col (Dr.) Rakesh Karanwal
