Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I am always here to help you.
Excessive exertion at work, disturbed sleep due to baby and managing all fronts make one feel like mad.
But this situation improves once the baby grows older, and you become a bit more systematic.
Jogging, exercises and yoga increases the endorphins level in the brain and body, which makes you feel good and energized.
Effect of these exercises will come in a week or two.
However, if the heaviness in the head us still there, then you sshould consult a neurologist to rule out migraine, as it commonly occurs in post pregnancy period.
Be positive and happy.
