What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue In A Hypertensive Person?

Question: Hello I was wondering if my low PULSE PRESSURE not blood pressure was a concern . It seems to be especially low if I take the reading standing . Sitting it is for example 100/73 vs standing 105/86. Please let me know what you think :) I do feel fatigued and dizzy . However I have had echo and stress test plus ekg I can send you that appear normal . I have had previous diagnoses of POTS Syndrome and low co2 blood levels thank you
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Your bp & pulse pressure are absolutely normal & their is nothing to worry.
As you have already done the 2D Echo & Stress Echo, you don't have to go through any other cardiac test.
So stop worrying you have absolutely normal pulse pressure on both the readings.
Thanks & take care
