What Causes Dizziness And Headache?

Question: Hello I am looking for some advice I am 45 yr old women fairly healthy not over weight just had echo and stress test all good
48 hr holter normal
24 hr blood pressure all normal
The reason for these tests was to rule out any issues as I have been suffering on and off with lightheadedness and light headache on one side for a few weeks
I do suffer from
Migraines
Sinus issues
Neck issues c4c5c6
When I take tylnol it helps I am waiting for an appointment with a specialist is there any insight u can give me
