Brief Answer:
Consult an ENT specialist or a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Experiencing light-headedness and feeling of leaning towards left side can be due to an inner ear problem or neurological problem (related to cerebellum or nerves emanating from cerebellum).
You need to consult an ENT specialist at the first hand for clinical assessment of inner ear.
If no abnormality is detected in inner ear, you need to consult a neurologist.

Management of the problem can be planned once diagnosis is made.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
