Brief Answer:
Dizziness and perioral numbness likely due to alcohol.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness has thousand of possibilities but with drinking alcohol in history , no need to look for any other cause. Alcohol is the likely cause of this episode. You need to reduce the drinking and preferably stop it and take some antivert for the relief meanwhile using precautionary measures to prevent tripping and fall.

If the symptoms persist for a week or more, seek an internist or an otorhinolaryngologist and let them run some vestibular functions test to sort out the cause of this dizziness if any other than alcohol. Also perioral numbness will be considered and worked up. Right now take some vitamin supplements specially B complex and hope for the best.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
