Question: my girlfriend is anemic she has her tubes tied as well and lately she has been getting dizzy and nauseus for no reason her period started a week early and has the blood flow stopped it has now started heavy again period has now lasted for over a week and the dizziness hasnt gone away shes scared of going to dr but im trying to find out info to see how serious this is she did have precancerous cells inside your vagina at one time that were taking care of

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

First thing I would like to rule out or confirm in your girlfriend is a pregnancy, so I would suggest to consider a urine pregnancy test. Even in tubal legation pregnancy may happen even if in a very very low possibility.

The irregular menstrual period does not worry me because under stress may happen that a woman have irregular periods. What worries me its the dizziness and nausea. She will need a general check up to check for signs of nystagmus and problems of the inner ear.

Next thing its a pap test, if she hasn't done one in less then 3 years.

For her dizziness may help to take cinnarizine 25 mg 3 times/day, which will help her symptoms just for some time, but as I said she will need a visit with a local doctor to rule out things that need to be ruled out with a physical exam.
