What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Eye, Head, Arms And Shoulders?

Question: I have had occasional shooting pain in my eye/eyes over at least a year or so. Also, I have had shooting pains in my head for the last 7, 8 months. The last thing is ... I have begun having occasional momentary dizziness. I thought on one more thing...occasional pains in my arms and shoulders.

I started using a CPAP machine in September. I also use a saline nasal cleanse from a bottle. I started using the saline clean two years ago. Could this be all related to a sinus infection? Or could it be something more serious?

At the outset, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like

is this pain occurring above the eyeball or within the eye?
have you checked your blood pressure
are having any other disease like diabetes or thyroid disease?
when does this pain occursand how long it last?

dizziness and pain in shoulders might be related to high blood pressure, cervical problem and many other rare causes.

I would advise you for a battry of tests like CBC, ESR, Blood sugar, lipid profile, X Ray Paranasal sinuses and cervical spine if need be.

Meanwhile you can take acetaminophen for pain relief and be attentive while standing up, you may fall and sustain injury.
