This could be serious. Rush her to the ER.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Whatever be the cause, I would insist you to rush her to the emergency department of a hospital with pediatric facilities. The cause needs to be identified and treated without delay.
Hope that helps.

The pain in her right arm persisted for about 15 min then let up. The pain would then hit every 2-3 min before it finally went away. The dizziness and blured vision also ended at the same time
About 2-3 hours after that she vomited and had diareaha which happened another 2x. The last time this happened was about 5 hours ago and she has been resting ever since.
Are any of these symptoms of diabetes? She hasnt been diagnosed but has been really thirsty lately

Brief Answer:
I do not think that it could be due to diabetes
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
I do not think that it is due to diabetes. In any case, it is very easy to find out. You just need to get the blood sugar levels checked.
The first thing that comes to my mind regarding the mentioned symptoms is that if due to some reason there was a sudden rise in intracranial tension. It could also be explain the sudden blurriness and the vomiting. Another possibility is transient ischemic attack. She needs to be thoroughly investigated.
Hope that helps.
