What Causes Dizziness And Ringing In Ears Along With Weakness?
Question: I have been having a weird feeling sometimes. My head suddenly feels super light headed/foggy and I get a ringing in my ears. I feel weak. Limbs start getting numb/tingly. This has happened 2 times but happens very suddenly

1.) low blood pressure
2.) low blood sugar
3.) if blood pressure and blood sugar are normal then another possibility is panic disorder, which may also cause the symptoms you are describing.
I suggest you discuss these possibilties with your local gp. Once the cause is found, specific therapy may follow.

so you don't think its brain cancer my parents said no.. the troubling thing is that the weird feeling happened last night and i still feel a little that way now

I also have a loss in appetite but I'm on a low carb low sugar diet. Does that mean anything
