May be low lood sugar possible low blood pressure, also panic possible
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
if someone with your symptoms comes to my office in your age group i think about the following possibilities first:
1.) low blood pressure
2.) low blood sugar
3.) if blood pressure and blood sugar are normal then another possibility is panic disorder, which may also cause the symptoms you are describing.
I suggest you discuss these possibilties with your local gp. Once the cause is found, specific therapy may follow.
