What Causes Dizziness And Sweating After Having Neomol?

Hypotension likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.
Although neomol is to be taken after food with water,it will not cause such symptoms.
Fever, body pain and throat pain indicate a respiratory tract infection. This is very commonly associated with hypotension if we are not giving adequate rest to our body and taking enough fluids and a healthy diet.Hypotension is the cause for dizziness and excessive sweating. When you feel such a situation, just lay down in bed and drink some salted drinks.
Now,you take neomol thrice daily after food, for about 5 days.Take adequate bed rest.Have a light diet rich in fruits and veges.Drink plenty of oral fluids, especially juices.Avoid cold drinks.Do warm saline gargles frequently.
If fever and fatigue does not come down in 2 days, this indicates a bacterial infection and will need antibiotic treatment.Your doctor will guide in this.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.

Nothing to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information.
So definitely that was a hypotensive episode from dehydration.
Your ESR is almost normal.Temperature is also normal. So if you have already taken neomol for 3 or more days, you can discontinue that.Just maintain rest, diet and hydration.
Hope you got cleared now.
Thank you.

It is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
There is nothing to worry in this.
The normal RBC count in adult male is 4.3 to 5.9.
So your count is normal only(eventhough some labs may use different range, this count is need not be worried at all).
Be confident.
Anyhow,if you are smoker,it is better to quit(it can cause high RBC count and polycythemia gradually)
Hope I have cleared your doubt.
Thank you.
