What Causes Dizziness And Sweating After Urination?

Question: Dizzy and sweating after urination. Pain in the middle of the penis, feels like sharp pinching. No blood in urine. Slight pain in lower abdominal area. What could this be? Only one sex partner. Feels like a lump around the out side of anus.

I understand you have a single sexual partner....that is great but, is your partner also having just you as a sexual partner? This is why it is always very important to consider protection during sex because we cannot control others.

I strongly think these symptoms, though not normal, do not represent any disease or disease process unless something new comes up. I will suggest that we go ahead and monitor a little longer. Should this persist, I will recommend that you do a full evaluation and basic testing of urine samples to look for clues for any possible cause. Let's monitor for 1week from this date before making a final decision. There are no red flags and you should not get too afraid just now.
