Question: My co worker, male, 56years old, 5' 7", weight 120#. Suddenly became dizzy, feeling hot, clammy skin and vomiting. Took blood pressure. If I took correctly, it was 200/100. Pulse seemed normal and strong.
This happened to my co worker shortly after eating a piece of pecan pie. The same thing happened to him yesterday after lunch. He had a chili dog.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What he is experiencing seems to be related to high BP or hypertension. His symptoms and BP levels (200/100 mmHg) are related to hypertensive crisis which is a medical emergency.

My advice is to send him at ER to treat hypertensive crisis in order to avoid eminent complications (especially stroke).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
