Brief Answer:
Tinnitus , Needs Management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Lightheadedness also called dizziness / vertigo with buzzing roaring sounds in ears is called tinnitus and has multiple causes. It happens when inner ear portion also called labyrinth is affected or infected. There are many causes which can cause this tinnitus but commonest is age related hearing loss, exposure to loud stimuli, ear wax blockage, some underlying infection like menieré disease , high blood pressure, Some medications like water pills ( diuretics) , quinine medicaions, antidepressants, anti biotics and aspirin etc.

Your cause needs to be sorted out and then treated like removal of wax if blocking, change of medicine if cause, control of blood pressure with noise suppression by either masking devices, tinnitus machines, white noise machines and tinnitus retraining. Antidepressants like amitryptalline and anxiolytics like alprazolam also help. Meanwhile managing stress, avoiding alcohol and covering up the noise will help.

As far as feeling asleep sensations (paresthesia) in the right side over prolonged sitting is concerned that may be due to vascular insufficiency due to prolonged sitting or some age related neurological decline. Keep changing postures and take neurotonic multivitamins and see if it helps. Talk to your doctor about this as well.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
