Brief Answer:
Needs supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness at age of 85 could be a side effect of medications you are on. Aleve directly causes dizziness in 10 % of people who use it. Also inhalers lead to sinuses and pharynx infections which lead to ear involvement and that can cause dizziness . Many other age related causes can lead to it. No worries, just take soem antivert and rest for a while. Use support while walking or standing to prevent tripping. If the dizziness persists, visit a doctor and let them request change of meds and find other possible causes of dizziness and manage it accordingly.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
