Brief Answer:
Consult an expert (neurologist) earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for asking through Health care magic.
You had hit your head... the guess is supported by painful indent on head. You also have some visual problems along with it. Though dizziness/blurring of vision & head ache can be just a symptom of refractory error ( specially at your age.. when one is over strained doing studies ).BUT vision problems are also very common after brain injury.
* Till you can get expert help do not panic/ take rest & be positive/eat light nutritious diet / use cold compress on the indent.
Pill of NSAID drug like Ibuprofen 400 mg after eating would help in reducing the pain.
* BUT my prime advise would be not to neglect & consult a Neurologist earliest for through physical & neurological examination.. followed by investigations like X ray / Ct scan of brain as per need.Finding/ excluding any brain injury causing the symptoms is of an utter importance at this stage.
Specific treatment of the cause & grade of brain involvement OR determining refractory error with help of an ophthalmologist would be the answer to your problem.
Hope the answer is guiding & helpful to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
