Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I can understand your concern.
At your height an ideal weight would be around 55-60 Kgs.
You need to work on this.
Let me help you out.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required.
Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day.
Keep away from fried food , soft drinks .
Have small meals at regular intervals.
Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
Avoid smoking and alcohol as you have been doing so far.
Check your blood pressure and blood glucose annually.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
I would suggest you to get a blood panel done including hemoglobin , total count , Lipid profile , fasting and post prandial blood glucose done.
Hope this helps.
post any other question.
regards.
