Brief Answer:
Workup needed to determine cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Dizziness and fatigue can occur from lowered blood sugar, blood pressure, anemia, hypothyroidism among other causes. For the muscle cramps, a number of causes can be responsible including dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, vigorous exercise being some. The swollen hand can be due to an infection and associate inflammation, localized lymphedema or an insect bite. All these findings have to be taken in a collective manner. If these symptoms have occurred in a matter of hours then you should go to an ER immediately to get assessed via a neurological exam and if any focal deficits are elicited then brain imaging investigations such as CT or MRI can be advised. If no neurological cause is suspected then EKG, blood counts, renal function tests, liver function tests, thyroid function tests, blood sugar and electrolytes should be done to determine the cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
