Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry as of now...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are concerned about the dizziness that you had developed following the intake of Lexapro after a short gap. Now, this is not an uncommon symptom and often people do report some side effects after discontinuing and re-starting such medication.

Lexapro (Escitalopram) is an SSRI anti-depressant / anti-anxiety medication which can have a few side effects. Dizziness or light-headedness is one of the side effects which people often report in the first few days after starting the medication. This can also happen if the medicine is restarted after a gap of a few days, as in your case.

So, as of now, there is nothing to worry. Just take plenty of fluids and adequate rest and this problem should subside on its own within a couple of days. In case, it is persisting or worsening, then you can consider having yourself checked by a doctor.

Wish you all the best.
