What Causes Dizziness, Headaches, Fatigue And Memory Loss?

Question: Am experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, inability to concentrate particularly mid day, mild headaches, fatigue, inability to sleep through the night, disorientation at times, the inability to process information and inability to read at times, and memory loss. When I plugged in these symptoms, 99 possibilities came back. I am on two forms of medication to deal with binine essential tremor, primidone and propranolol. Do know what this may be related to. Do you have any suggestions?

Other possible conditions include ( for example ) alcoholic encephalopathy, if you use considerable amounts of alcohol, small arteries disease ( related to high blood pressure ) etc.

It is necessary to discuss with your primary care Doctor about getting tested further by neuropsychological tests and to have done brain MRI in order to diagnose correctly your condition.
