Brief Answer:
Anxiety is most probable reason for these symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for contacting Health Care Magic for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned like dizziness, rapid heart beat (palpitations), lightheadedness, tremors, difficulty in breathing, nausea etc are occurring most likely due to anxiety. These symptoms occurs at random times and this further strengthen anxiety as provisional diagnosis. Anxiety some times get aggravated by using alcohol also.

But other medical causes can also cause similar symptoms like Low Vitamin B12 levels, anaemia especially iron deficiency anaemia, thyroid abnormalities especially hyperthyroidism etc. So if these symptoms are causing significant distress then I would advise you to go for complete diagnostic workup to rule out these causes. Go for Vitamin B12 levels, haemoglobin and thyroid function tests to rule out these conditions. At your age any cardiac abnormality is rare so no need to go for that. If all investigations come normal then anxiety is the reason for your symptoms.

Though natural products or oils like XXXXXXX can help to provide local relief but cant treat anxiety. For anxiety you should consult a psychiatrist. Medicines like SSRIs are commonly used in anxiety disorders. For symptoms relief low dose benzodiazepines or beta blockers like propranolol can be used.

Apart from all these treatments I would advise you to start taking Vitamin B12 supplements, these will help in early improvement. Take diets rich in proteins and complex carbs and low in fats. Omega-3-Fatty Acid supplements help in reducing the anxiety episodes and ameliorate the need for treatment.

Relaxation exercises like Breathing exercises, Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises will also help you in reducing the symptoms of severe anxiety. For details of these exercises you can take help of youtube.

Please follow the lifestyle and dietary changes I have mentioned and your symptoms will improve. I hope this helps you. Please ask again for more doubts.

Thanks. Take care

Brief Answer:
Eat healthy, sleep good and exercise daily for good health

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Yes iron deficiency anaemia can cause aggravation of anxiety symptoms. Start taking Iron, folic acid and multivitamin supplements and your symptoms would start improving.

I don't think premature birth has any effects on your anxiety. So don't worry about that.

Try to eat healthy. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, chocolates and any activating substances. Try to remain calm and avoid excessive stress and you will feel better.

Thanks
