What Causes Dizziness, Imbalance Issues And Headache?

you should take antianxiety drugs not benzo
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Anxozap is benzodiazepine that won't control anxiety in long run. Because you have taken it for last 3 year now you have develop tolerance to it. You require higher dose for the same effects..
You have to take one of the anti anxiety drug that control your anxiety from the grass root level. These drugs are SSRI antidepressant which also work as antianxiety drugs.. like paroxetine, sertraline, fluoxetine etc.. When you start taking this you won't find need for benzos after 2 to 3 months.
I recommend you to visit a psychiatrist who have good knowledge about SSRI drugs. Psychologist may not have fair knowledge on these drugs.
When your anxiety got controlled you should stop benzos and maintain the same dose of antidepressant drug for long..reduce the dosage only after advice from your treating psychiatrist..
I think this would help you a lot..if you have further queries feel free to ask..
Best of luck
