Brief Answer:
It may be due to anemia, hypotension or hypoglycemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your fainting and dizziness spell may be due to anemia, hypotension or hypoglycemia.

First of all you should correct your blood pressure and check for your blood sugar level.

After correction of that if you feel fainting again then it may be due to anemia. You have history of gastric bypass so iron and vitamin B12 deficiency occur. For that you should check their levels and if needed take injectable iron and vitamin B12 supplements.

You should also check for any gastrointestinal bleeding or other bleeding cause. For that stool occult blood and ultrasound abdomen is helpful.

Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.
