Brief Answer:
detailed ent examination, otoscopy, blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask you few more details.

since when do have dizziness? Is there any associated hearing loss ?

Do you have muscle pain in legs or head-ache?

Kindly get back to me with details.

It could be due to these possibilities-

1. Ear related ( bppv (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo ), meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis)

2. Eye ( errors of refraction)

3. Cervical spine( spondylitis)

4. Fluctuations in Blood Pressure or fluctuation in blood sugar or electrolyte disturbances

I suggest you to consult ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination, otoscopy and vestibular tests ( ear related dizziness), X-ray cervical spine (spondylitis), Blood tests (serum electrolytes, HB percentage, GRBS ) and regular BP monitoring. If necessary ct scan brain (speech abnormalities) to rule out status of brain.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
