Question: Since Friday evening (08/22/2014), I have been experiencing dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, pain in my lower right back (kidney? bladder?), chills and fatigue.

It could be urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
All the symptoms that you have mentioned can be due to urinary tract infection.
Kidney is present in the upper part of the back.Ureter comes from it, passes through the lower back to the bladder.
Any infection to the urinary tract can lead to these complaints.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Levofloxacin and Paracetamol with Domperidone tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor and get checked.
