What Causes Dizziness, Out-of-breath And Weakness?
A few suggestions and possibilities ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on your description it sounds like you could have either of the following ma'am:
+Hypoglycemia: A reduced blood glucose level due to lack of food, fasting, starvation, diabetes being treated with high dosages of medications or insulin, etc. i would recommend you to try eating more, may be a few chocolates, food, rice, meat, etc. If at all your food intake has been low today or for a while now and if eating seems to help once again, then the cause has been confirmed
+Panic: Are you stressed about anything ma'am? If so, would you be so kind as to rate your level of stress on a scale of 0 to 5, 0 being not stressed at all and 5 being extremely stressed
+Dehydration: Continue to drink plenty of fluids, and stay well hydrated
+Respiratory abnormalities: Could be an infection, disorder, etc. Please do write back to me if you have been experiencing other such symptoms relating to your respiratory system. If yes, then you may need to report to a hospital to check on your oxygen saturation level
+Low hemoglobin, or vitamin D levels: Will require a blood investigation to confirm/rule out ma'am
In my opinion, the best solution for now would be:
+Eat food, whatever you like be it chocolates, food, rice, meat, sugar containing drinks, etc.
+Drink plenty of fluids
+Try to take long and calm deep breaths, preferably fresh air (open a window)
+Try your best to relax and keep yourself distracted
+If you can then do visit a clinic or ER to get a few investigations conducted (i.e. blood glucose levels, haemoglobin, oxygen saturation, vitamin D level, and others your doctor there may feel necessary)
I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
