My symptom.
1. Looking at ground to not fall with arthritis in knees. Feels better when I look up.
Duration. 1 yr + where I insisted it was physical NOT neurological, then gave in as I had thyroid, B12, A1C blood tests sent by dr Larkin. And ears tested and 1st visit to psychiatrist sent by neurologist. (I don't have health insurance so I did not return to
psychiatrist as he was very expensive.)

Current medication. Nothing seems to help.

2. To dr Larkin April 2015. She sent me to neurologist for walking funny that I was feeling though she wasn't seeing this? Sensitivity to light (eyes)

3. She prescribed fluoxetine. I took this from November 2015 to ? Several months. Developed tinnitus? Unclear when.

4. The worst symptom is now falling and my memory. It is getting worse.

Brief Answer:
It could be parkinson plus syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

From the available description I feel there is possibility of parkinson disease plus syndrome particularly progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). The features suggesting this is difficulty in walking with downard gaze and funny way of walking. The progressive loss of memory is another feature of PSP.

I must ackowledge that this is probable diagnosis as per the available records

I feel you need to go back to your neurologist as it is best treated by neurologist.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more quetions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
