Benign positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
All the symptoms mentioned by you are suggestive of positional vertigo as the symptoms get aggravated with changes in head position. You should consult an ENT specialist.
You should learn some maneuver, that will help to relieve symptoms like Epley maneuver. You should take tablet Betahistine twice daily for a week. Avoid driving. Avoid sudden head turning rather than moving your body.

Great thanks...what would explain my constant tinnitus and hearing loss in only my left ear though? Its been nearly 8 months since i was diagnosed with labyrinthitis...could this still be labyrinthitis or Meniere’s disease? I also take lisinopril/hctz (10/12.5 mg) for hypertension.

Meniere's disease

The positioning manoeuvre can help to relieve the symptoms of vertigo aggravated by change in head position.
Continue taking the anti-hypertensive medicines.
Also take tablet Betahistine as prescribed. If hearing loss is severe than using hearing aids can also help in relieving tinnitus. You are always welcome with any queries in future too.
