Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing is typical for cervical spondyloarthrosis, which is a common findings in patients your age (especially in surgeons, dentists etc.).

However, if you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work
- ecg
- spine x ray
- audiogram
- head ct scan

Meanwhile I would suggest to avoid looking up to sharply or make fast head movements.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
