What Causes Dizziness While Lifting Weights?
Question: I have a problem with blood pressure, it makes me feel dizzy and uncomfortable when lifting weights. Also when i go on a jet ski. Do i have to take medicine?

I did and the results are nornal. Also i play soccer and its fine for me. Do i have an unstable blood pressure? And is it normal for blood pressure to raise when lifting?
