What Causes Dizziness While Lying Down And Turning The Head Towards Right Side?

Some information about vertigo.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
Sorry to hear you are having this problem. I have experienced it myself - very unpleasant!
I am assuming that when you turn your head that the nature of the dizziness is that the room spins rapidly.
There are many types/causes of vertigo, but the most common type that happens to many people is Benign Positional Vertigo.
This happens when calcium crystals in the inner ear move from their normal position into a semicircular canal in the inner ear.
Treatment options are just treating the symptoms (nausea) with the antihistamine meclizine and wait for improvement, or if it isn't going away to go in to see an ENT doctor who will do certain positional maneuvers moving your head to get the calcium to go back where it belongs (called Epley Maneuver).
An ENT doctor who experienced positional vertigo herself made a YouTube video of a technique you can try yourself at home. Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VWyPgfMuvM
I hope this information helps and that you are soon better!
