                                            positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Dizziness while lying down associated with nausea, cold sweat, suggest positional vertigo.
If I were your treating doctor, I would start you on cinnarizine 25 mg + betahistine tablet.
I would suggest you to avoid position changes - lying down, getting up and jerky head movements. This will trigger dizziness.
Your local doctor will know about the aforementioned drugs. You can try it emperically for about a week. In the mean time Vestibular exercises, like epleys manouver, which is a repositioning manouver will also be very beneficial. This has to be learnt from a doctor or a physiotherapist.
If symptoms persists then you need to consult your doctor and get your self clinically evaluated.
Hope my answers have helped you.pleased to help u further.
