Question: i feel dizzy like i am on a roller coaster while laying down. why is that?

I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the discomfort you are in.

Judging by the description of your symptoms I would say that the most probable cause should be an inner ear issue like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Of course it must be confirmed by an ENT exam and if confirmed might be helped by treatment with medication like meclizine for vertigo.

Other causes like stroke or cervical spine issues must also be excluded but in the absence of other symptoms are unlikely.
