Brief Answer:
How often do you get this this dizziness?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness that you have reported. Reviewing it seems it is minor and doesn’t really interfere with your daily activities. However, this can happen when you have not taken enough fluids or you change positions rapidly, faster than the body needs to adjust to changes. I will suggest you make transitions gently and always drink enough fluids to keep the blood pressure up.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
