Brief Answer:
Dizziness can be related to jaw pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The symptoms that you have are mostly related to the stress in your life. The jaw pain and dizziness can be associated with spondylottic changes in cervical spine. Doing cervical isometric exercises can help in decreasing the symptoms.
Fatigue and burning sensation in the hands and nerves can be related to vitamin B12 or vitamin D3 deficiency. It is best to get their serum levels tested and start with suitable supplements if the levels are lower than normal.
Do consult your physician and also get a good anti anxiety drug prescribed with a low daytime sedation. The enhancing lesion on the liver needs to be monitored after a repeat scan after 6 months.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

I attached all blood work I have since XXXXXXX I believe. I.am definitely d3 deficient with a level.of 16. I didn't attach b12 results as they are high. I use b12 sublingual every day just to function. does anything in the blood work indicate a liver issue? my own research seems to keep coming up either hypothyroid or adrenal dysfunction. Another note is I am constantly freezing. My body temperature rarely gets above 97 anymore. It was taken in the Er a few weeks ago when I thought I had a uti.. turns out stone 2 was passing.. and the nurse tried 3 times. kept getting 96.5. id just drank water not long before but it was room temp at best so I believe it was a valid reading. also often have itchy skin.. particularly soles and tops of feet. Only at night. I don't wear high heels. Happened all summer in open sandal shoes

Brief Answer:
Can be due to weakness or hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all the attached reports. There are no issues with the liver as per these reports. The lower than normal body temperature can be a normal variation or due to hypothyroidism. Excessive sweating due to anxiety can also cause such a change.
The itchy feet can be due to cholinergic response or an allergic cause.
Hope my answer is helpful.
