Diabetes
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You have noticed recently excessive thirst, excessive urination and dizziness. you also have been taking your blood sugars with your father's machine and it shows elevated blood sugars. This all points to diabetes. Despite last years blood work being normal it now sounds like you have diabetes. I would recommend seeing your medical provider and have a HgbA1c test done. This will test your blood sugar for the past 3 months. Ig the result is higher than 6.5 you have diabetes.
Once you have the diagnosis you may start on a diet and exercise program. Medication may be initiated like glipizide or metformin. These things will be discussed you with by your medical provider.
