Brief Answer:
You need proper clinical exam & investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Besides MRI brain angiography, you need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Dizziness may be due to many reasons like internal ear problem, hypertension, vascular causes(excluded by MRI in your case) etc.
You should consult ENT specialist to exclude any internal ear problem.
However dizziness may also be due to stress, anxiety, alcohol or tobacco intake, heart problems etc.
You also need routine investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile ,Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

dear sir , I have got the blood tests done and they are normal . echo and tmt has been done and they are also normal . got a check up from ent and they said there is no problem with the ear . One doctor said that you should get a mri of the brain done bit I told him that I have already got MR angio done of the brain then why is it necessary to get MRI of the brain . so please clarify whether MR angio of the brain is sufficient or I need to go for MRI of the brain . Other two doctors said it is not required since already MR angio of the brain is done but since one doctor has told me to get it done so I am confused . Please clarify . Thank you

Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

Generally isolated MRI Brain angiography is usually not done unless it is specifically indicated.Usually first MRI brain study is done followed by MR angiography.
So,i suggest you to go for MRI Brain study also.It is a part of screening and it will exclude probable causes in brain.

Besides this,it is important to know about neck pain because spondylotic changes in cervical spine may cause dizziness.
